Consultations can take place at your favorite coffee shop, over the phone, or a virtual web meeting.

Market Analysis. Before submitting an offer, we need to make sure that your purchase will be a wise investment. We will analyze price trends in your desired neighborhood(s), and compare potential prospects to other properties that have recently sold.
Constant Communication. You will receive updates on a weekly basis or as often as you like. Just let me know if you prefer a call, text, email, or all three!
Access to vendors. Not sure who to call to schedule your home inspection? No worries! You will have access to my network of home inspectors as well as loan officers, title companies, and other real estate professionals who can be of assistance to you.
