I’m sooo happy to know that you are ready to purchase a home.  But first, we need to go over a few things before we start the process.

One hour consultation.  This is an opportunity for you to share what your needs are, price point, home style, financing options, and most importantly your desired neighborhood(s) to live in.  We will also review the terms and conditions of the Louisiana Buy/Sell Agreement, disclosures, and any additional forms that you will sign.  Consultations can take place at your favorite coffee shop, over the phone, or a virtual web meeting.

100% Loyalty.  I GOT YOUR BACK!!!  I do not practice dual agency, which means an agent can represent both the buyer and the seller in a real estate transaction.

Market Analysis.  Before submitting an offer, we need to make sure that your purchase will be a wise investment.  We will analyze price trends in your desired neighborhood(s), and compare potential prospects to other properties that have recently sold.

Constant Communication.  You will receive updates on a weekly basis or as often as you like.  Just let me know if you prefer a call, text, email, or all three!

Access to vendors.  Not sure who to call to schedule your home inspection?  No worries!  You will have access to my network of home inspectors as well as loan officers, title companies, and other real estate professionals who can be of assistance to you.

Lifetime Support.  I am always here to assist you, even after post-closing.  Never hesitate to reach out to me if you need anything, or to tell me about the new furniture you just bought.
